Are there physical fitness effects on academic achievement? I was very curious about this question. I did a lot of research, and I have some answers to it. First, physical activity has positive effects on all areas of our health and physical fitness.
There are several relationships between physical fitness level and academic achievement. The first is between physical activity and mental ability. Middle school students with better performance on the verbal tests than students with lower performance on the verbal tests. This proves that the correlation is not just an illusion but a real one.
The second relationship found in my study is between physical fitness level and cardiovascular endurance. High physical fitness level can suffer from several diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, etc. On the other hand, good physical fitness level can help you do well on the cardiovascular examination. The third relationship found in my study is between physical activity and mental ability. It is known that good school performance depends on the mind of the child. If the child has a healthy mind, then able to do better on the assessments and exams in school. But if the child has poor mental health, she may perform worse than those with normal mental health.

In my study, all three middle schools students better on the standardized tests of reading, writing, and math. Moreover, they were found to get higher grades in those subjects. The best-performing students were found to have higher academic achievement quotient (AQ) than the other students. The best-performing students in the four and one middle school were found to have higher IQs than the rest. The results of my study came as a pleasant surprise to many educators.
On my research, physical fitness level of the student can consideration by teachers to evaluate the academic performance of children.
The results of my study revealed that there are some factors that are important in determining the test score of children. And these factors are not only the physical fitness level of the child but also the family history, family income, academic achievement, and parent education. The ability of the child to complete a mental task such as making the correct choice on the paps is also of great importance. It was found that children with lower ability in this particular category are more likely to perform poorly on the final exam.

Most parents and teachers ask students and their parents what they can do as students to improve their academic success.
